This privacy policy explains how we collect, use and disclose information about you when you use the services provided by Joincube, Inc. (“Noti Pro”, “we”, “us” or “our”) via (the “Site”) (collectively, the “Service”).

Compliance with Privacy Shield

Noti Pro complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union to the United States.  Noti Pro has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. Website Visitors

Like most website operators, Noti Pro collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Noti Pro’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Noti Pro’s visitors use its website. From time to time, Noti Pro may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.


Noti Pro also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users. Noti Pro only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below.


Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Certain visitors to Noti Pro choose to interact with Noti Pro in ways that require Noti Pro to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that Noti Pro gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who sign up to provide a username and email address. Noti Pro may collect Personal Data of Controller’s employees who use the Service (e.g. Noti Pro dashboard administrators, members of the Controller’s marketing team).

Device type (unique device identifiers), operating system, and browser type

Geographic location (approximate)

Preferred language used to access Noti Pro

Referring url and domain

Pages visited in Noti Pro dashboard

Date and time when Noti Pro website pages were visited

Personal Data of contact persons at the Controller’s customers

Noti Pro may collect Personal Data of Controller’s customers for the purpose of providing the Services to Customer.


The Personal Data processed concern the following type and categories, including any special categories of data:


Date and time when Noti Pro script is loaded (optional)

Preferred language used to access Noti Pro (optional)

Anonymized format IP address (optional, for Noti Pro Analytics)

Device type (unique device identifiers), operating system, and browser type (optional, for Noti Pro Analytics)

Geographic location (approximate) (optional, for Noti Pro Analytics)

Referring url and domain (optional, for Noti Pro Analytics)

Pages visited (optional, for Noti Pro Segmentation)


Aggregated Statistics

Noti Pro may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. For instance, Noti Pro may monitor the most liked and viewed entries. Noti Pro may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, Noti Pro does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.


Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information

Noti Pro discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on Noti Pro’s behalf or to provide services available at Noti Pro’s website, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. We use a select number of trusted Third Party providers to help us provide Services to You. We only share information with the Third Party that is required for the service they are offering and contractually bind these providers to keep any information We share with them as confidential and to be used only for particular purposes. For example, amongst others, We have providers that process Our credit card transactions, support Our internal ticketing/support system, and manage Our marketing communications. Similarly, it may be necessary to share Your personal information or part of it, with Google Cloud which stores the information within their servers, solely related to the storage facilities. Business Transfers

If Noti Pro, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Noti Pro goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur and that any acquirer of Noti Pro may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.


Promotional Communications

You may opt out of receiving promotional emails or text messages from Noti Pro by following the instructions in those emails or text messages. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional communications, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.


Data Processing Agreement

Prior to using Noti Pro our Data Processing Agreement should be requested and signed by the company or organization implementing Noti Pro (“Controller”). The Controller should send an email to requesting the Data Processing Agreement, fill out and return a signed copy. Noti Pro will return a signed copy within 10 days of receiving the Data Processing Agreement completed by the Controller.

Privacy Policy Changes

Although most changes are likely to be minor, Noti Pro may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in Noti Pro’s sole discretion. Noti Pro encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. Your continued use of this site after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.


Dispute Resolution

The independent dispute resolution body designated to address complaints and provide appropriate recourse free of charge to the individual is the panel established by Data Protection Authorities.


Binding Arbitration

An individual has the possibility, under certain conditions, to invoke binding arbitration for complaints regarding Privacy Shield compliance not resolved by any of the other Privacy Shield mechanisms. You can reference this link to Annex I for additional information.


Onward Transfers to Third Parties

As a member of the Privacy Shield in the context of an onward transfer of data, we have responsibility for the processing of personal information we receive and subsequently transfer to any third parties acting as an agent on our behalf. We shall remain liable under the Principles of the Privacy Shield if our agent processes such personal information in a manner inconsistent with the Principles, unless the organization proves that it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
